It adopts a clean, user-friendly full-Chinese interface with clear production status display. The adaptive-resolution interface works smoothly on devices including computers, tablets and mobile phones, enabling frontline personnel to get started quickly.

 Dual Communication Versions with Rich Peripheral Expansion

Two communication versions, WiFi and Zigbee, are available for flexible selection according to on-site environment and tool types. Hardware includes 2 Ethernet ports, 3 USB ports and 8 inputs / 8 outputs I/O interfaces. It supports the PFOP open protocol and flexibly connects to peripherals such as barcode scanners and socket/angle head selectors, adapting to configuration requirements of different production lines with strong scalability.

 Full-Dimensional Fastening Control for Precision Assembly Needs

Built-in storage holds up to 30,000 fastening records, supporting result viewing, filtering and traceability. It provides full-process functions including JOB task management, Pset program switching, group counting, barcode connection & editing, and socket selector management. It supports SPC statistical analysis via the Toolshub platform, meeting torque quality control and process optimization needs in precision assembly scenarios.

Compact Industrial Design for Flexible & Convenient Deployment & Maintenance

The compact, small-sized body supports multiple installation methods such as DIN rail mounting and wall mounting, enabling flexible production line deployment with small space occupation. It supports online controller program update, allowing firmware upgrade and function iteration without disassembly, greatly reducing production line maintenance downtime and meeting the needs of rapid deployment and upgrade in industrial sites.
