The INSIGHTqcx series controller is Ingersoll Rand’s next-generation core control terminal for industrial tightening systems. Built on a server-based software platform, it supports full operations including parameter monitoring, program editing and firmware upgrade directly via a web browser — no dedicated client software required. It is accessible across devices including mobile phones, tablets and computers, completely eliminating the restriction of being tied to a single workstation.
Equipped with a 7-inch industrial touchscreen and built-in high-capacity storage, it retains up to 500,000 fastening records and 500,000 torque curves. With dual Ethernet ports and USB expansion interfaces, it offers flexible networking and peripheral expansion.
It supports advanced capabilities such as QX series fastening curve acquisition, JOB task management, 32 built-in Pset parameters per tool, and multi-barcode merging. It also features remote backup & restore and comprehensive system diagnostics, serving as the core control device for digital fastening production lines in automotive, electronics, heavy industry and other sectors

The number of built-in Pset parameters per tool is increased to 32, storing more fastening process presets. It supports multi-barcode merging, enabling multi-dimensional information binding of workpieces, batches and operators to meet refined quality traceability requirements.

It supports remote backup and restore, enabling quick backup and migration of system configurations and process parameters, reducing time costs for production line changeover and fault recovery.
