The INSIGHTqcT Series is a professional torque testing and analysis system under Ingersoll Rand’s QCT calibration portfolio, including two product lines: the IQCTA Torque Analyzer and the IQCTT Torque Tester. Fully compatible with both power tools and precision hand tools, one system covers setup and calibration for all tool types.
Equipped with a large color display, soft-touch keypad and intuitive menu navigation, it enables efficient and simple operation. It has comprehensive statistical functions, including count, range, average, min/max, standard deviation and Cm/Cmk/Cp/Cpk analysis to meet industrial quality control requirements.
Powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, its compact and lightweight body can be flexibly deployed on assembly lines or workbenches. It supports automatic recognition of smart sensors, and is matched with a full range of rotary, stationary sensors and joint simulators. Data can be exported via USB or printed out. It is widely used for production line quality sampling, regular tool calibration and laboratory torque analysis
