The CTW Series wireless mechanical torque wrench innovatively combines the efficient operation of traditional click wrenches with the digital capabilities of smart tools. While retaining the work efficiency of mechanical preset torque tools, it delivers precise fastening measurement, wireless data traceability and reliable error-proof control, delivering upgraded value beyond a standard mechanical wrench.
It adopts a dedicated LoRa wireless communication channel for fast, stable data transmission with better anti-interference performance than Bluetooth or WiFi solutions. Equipped with a high-definition OLED display and color LED status indicators, its keypad operation is intuitive and easy to learn.
Covering a torque range of 3 to 1000 Nm with ±3% accuracy, it stores up to 1200 fastening records on board and is compatible with the industrial Open Protocol (OP) for integration with factory production line systems.
