The QXM pistol grip high-torque tightening system is an innovative cordless tightening tool built for heavy-duty assembly. Equipped with a market-leading torque multiplier at the front end and Ingersoll Rand’s patented closed-loop sensor control, it covers a torque range of 200–2000 Nm.

Equipped with a market-leading torque multiplier at the front end, it delivers a maximum output torque of up to 2000 Nm, easily handling large bolt fastening in heavy equipment, steel structures, wind power and petrochemical scenarios. Ingersoll Rand’s patented closed-loop sensor delivers precise tightening torque output and full traceability of all tightening data. The multi-function display enables quick parameter setting and feedback reading, and multiple editable programs greatly reduce the number of on-site tools, adapting to multi-variety assembly demands.
Powered by a reliable QX-series brushless motor, it eliminates carbon brush wear for a longer service life. The non-contact trigger and forward/reverse switch further extend the life of wearing parts, suitable for high-intensity continuous operation in industrial sites, with excellent equipment reliability and low maintenance cost.
Ergonomically designed with balanced center of gravity, it offers lightweight and comfortable grip. The 360° adjustable side handle adapts to different workstations and operating postures. A 6mm threaded hole on the handle supports installation of hooks and other suspension devices for safer tool use and reduced fatigue during long-time operation.
Standard USB and wireless communication options are available, supporting data management, process control and program modification, and compatible with Ethernet, fieldbus and I/O interfaces. The cordless wireless design eliminates complicated configurations such as air hoses, hydraulic pipes, air compressors and generators, allowing operators to move freely around the workstation.
