MUTHEL CM-TGW / CM-B-TGW Dedicated Torque WIFI Gateway | Industrial IoT Torque Data Management Gateway

The CM-TGW and CM-B-TGW series are dedicated wireless WIFI torque gateways developed for smart manufacturing. The system connects all terminal torque devices via wireless modules, building an IoT-based intelligent terminal torque management system. It converts proprietary protocols of specialized torque equipment into universal text formats or standard MODBUS protocols, supports scanning data transmission, uploads operation results to databases, and realizes real-time status monitoring of wrench devices, featuring simple architecture and high reliability.
Available in standard plug-in CM-TGW and rechargeable CM-B-TGW versions with 4/10 link options, it can be connected to MES systems, WIVOR dedicated management software and WIVOR Cloud. It is widely used in smart factory assembly quality traceability, production line IoT transformation, multi-device centralized management and other industrial scenarios

  • Professional Protocol Conversion & Full Torque Device Compatibility

    It converts proprietary protocols of various torque tools into universal text formats or standard MODBUS protocols, and is fully compatible with electric wrenches, cordless wrenches, smart torque sleeves, digital manual wrenches and related peripherals, enabling easy IoT upgrade of existing torque equipment.


  • Two-Way Data Interaction for Full-Process Digital Management

    It supports real-time upload of tightening data to local databases, MES systems or WIVOR Cloud, and can also distribute tightening parameters and process instructions downward. It realizes real-time wrench status monitoring, tightening result traceability and data statistical analysis, building a complete intelligent torque management system.


  • Dual Version Options for Diverse Deployment Scenarios

    Two series are available: the standard plug-in CM-TGW and the rechargeable CM-B-TGW, both supporting 4-link and 10-link device access. The rechargeable version has a built-in battery and operates without external power supply, perfectly adapting to mobile workstations, outdoor operations and scenarios with difficult wiring.
