The EBM-CM-MT-ACS-10 is a dedicated servo drive-control integrated shaft unit developed for EBM series tightening shafts. Paired with EBM series tightening shaft units, it forms a complete EBM tightening system. The controller has built-in tightening process parameters, enabling quick implementation of various tightening solutions, with a standard tightening accuracy of ±2%.
Featuring a compact miniature tower design, it is equipped with abundant industrial interfaces including network port, multiple communication ports, PLC control interfaces, I/O ports, RS485/RS232 serial ports and HMI port. It is suitable for compact automated assembly stations and multi-axis tightening system integration, helping users quickly build reliable industrial tightening systems
