The EBM NM series is a cost-effective AC servo tightening shaft built with next-generation digital technology, covering a torque range from 1 to 8000Nm. It integrates a dedicated servo drive control unit with the tightening shaft unit to form a complete tightening system, with built-in tightening parameters in the shaft controller for fast implementation of various tightening solutions.
Standard models achieve ±2% tightening accuracy, operate on single/three-phase AC power, and meet strict requirements for high precision, robustness and safety. It supports multiple bus/RS485/RS232 interfaces, 8-in-8-out I/O ports and MODBUS protocol; when paired with upper-level tightening controllers, it enables quick configuration of multi-axis process control systems. Available in single-axis and dual-axis synchronous versions, with optional Japan/Europe/America imported motors, it is ideal for automated assembly lines in automotive, new energy, engineering machinery and high-end equipment manufacturing

Adopting advanced AC servo drive and digital control technology, standard models deliver ±2% tightening accuracy. It adopts a top-level coordination unit and bottom-level intelligent shaft control architecture, with fast system response, ensuring consistent and reliable tightening precision for each spindle under high-speed assembly cycles.
Wide Torque Range with Optional Imported Motors
The full series covers a torque range from 1Nm to 8000Nm with abundant models to choose from. High-performance motors from Japan, Europe or America are optional to meet the requirements of high-end precision assembly scenarios with higher durability and long service life under heavy-load continuous operation.
The shaft controller has built-in tightening process parameters, which can be quickly debugged and put into use without complicated configuration. It supports single/three-phase standard AC power supply, with strong on-site power adaptability, helping users quickly build automated tightening stations and reduce integration costs.
It is equipped with rich industrial interfaces, supporting RS485, RS232 and multiple fieldbus protocols. Standard models have 8-input/8-output I/O ports and are compatible with MODBUS protocol; PROFIBUS and CANopen protocols are optional. It can be seamlessly connected with PLC and automation production line systems to meet the access requirements of intelligent manufacturing.
It provides two system solutions: single-axis servo tightening shaft and dual-axis synchronous servo tightening shaft. The dual-axis system consists of two EBM tightening shafts and one synchronous controller connected via a dedicated bus, supporting synchronous tightening and disassembly, and is compatible with all EBM-SAP-TC series models, adapting to diversified assembly processes.

It supports functions of data saving, reading, printing and report generation, realizing full traceability of tightening process data.
