It integrates a dedicated servo drive control unit with the tightening shaft unit to form a complete tightening system, with built-in tightening parameters in the shaft controller for fast implementation of various tightening solutions.
Standard models achieve ±2% tightening accuracy, operate on single/three-phase AC power, and meet strict requirements for high precision, robustness and safety. It supports multiple bus/RS485/RS232 interfaces, 8-in-8-out I/O ports and MODBUS protocol; when paired with upper-level tightening controllers, it enables quick configuration of multi-axis process control systems. Available in single-axis and dual-axis synchronous versions, with optional Japan/Europe/America imported motors, it is ideal for automated assembly lines in automotive, new energy, engineering machinery and high-end equipment manufacturing

Single/Dual-Axis Flexible Options with Synchronous Tightening

It provides two system solutions: single-axis servo tightening shaft and dual-axis synchronous servo tightening shaft. The dual-axis system consists of two EBM tightening shafts and one synchronous controller connected via a dedicated bus, supporting synchronous tightening and disassembly, and is compatible with all EBM-SAP-TC series models, adapting to diversified assembly processes.
