The EBM-CM-T-ACS is a wall-mounted servo tightening controller with an integrated design of single-axis controller and servo drive, which greatly reduces equipment wiring, improves system reliability, and is especially suitable for multi-axis system layout. It supports multiple tightening step settings, which can be configured directly or controlled via I/O from a host computer, with expandable I/O interfaces.
It supports MODBUS and optional PROFIBUS/CANopen protocols for easy integration into field systems, and is compatible with mainstream PLCs including Mitsubishi, Omron, Yaskawa, Schneider and Siemens. With an open architecture and mature reference cases, it can quickly form a tightening system with EBM upper controllers to realize multi-axis process control. The ACS-K version with digital display control module is optional, and multi-axis synchronization can be achieved when paired with an ACS multi-axis controller

Integrated Drive & Control for Efficient Deployment
The single-axis controller and servo drive are highly integrated, which greatly reduces on-site wiring work, lowers failure points and improves system reliability. The wall-mounted installation saves equipment space and is especially convenient for the layout and expansion of multi-axis tightening systems, effectively reducing integration and maintenance costs.
It supports four core tightening control methods: torque method, angle method, torque-angle method and yield limit method, with multi-step tightening function and more than 8 sets of tightening parameter presets. It realizes all-round real-time monitoring of torque, angle, time, current, speed, revolutions and dot count, fully meeting the complex process requirements of high-end assembly.
Full Industrial Compatibility with Open Integration
It supports MODBUS protocol by default, with PROFIBUS and CANopen protocols optional. It is compatible with mainstream PLCs such as Mitsubishi, Omron, Yaskawa, Schneider and Siemens. With an open structure and a variety of mature example patterns, it is convenient for integrators and users to quickly integrate into their own systems.

It is equipped with a complete protection system, including sensor self-test function, safe torque cut-off unit, and comprehensive controller protection for overload, excessive torque, abnormal voltage, abnormal temperature and connection line abnormalities, fully guaranteeing the safety of equipment and operators in long-term operation.
Flexible Expansion for Multi-Axis Collaborative Control
The I/O interface supports expansion, and supports up to 256 nodes depending on the host computer. It can be used with EBM upper tightening controllers to quickly build a multi-axis tightening system; paired with ACS multi-axis controllers, it realizes multi-axis synchronous tightening. The ACS-K version with digital display control module is optional to meet diversified on-site operation requirements.
