The CM-DBTS-SERVER is an all-in-one industrial torque data management server with an integrated 8-inch touchscreen display. It has a built-in torque gateway hardware card, integrates WiFi and Bluetooth, and is pre-installed with the TorquExplore DBTS upper-computer torque management system based on MySQL database.
With rich industrial interfaces including WAN, LAN, COM, USB and expandable I/O ports, it serves as the central data processing device for multi-device independent networking. It supports bidirectional data transmission with various torque tools and peripherals, and can be connected to upper-level MES systems and WIVOR Cloud. It is an ideal core management terminal for smart factory tightening quality traceability, multi-workstation centralized control and digital assembly management
