The TVC Series smart sleeve is a high-precision sleeve-type torque sensor that integrates patented technology with standard socket dimensions, enabling real-time torque measurement during bolt tightening. It delivers ±1% measurement accuracy, with an LCD display for torque status and a built-in rechargeable lithium battery.
Paired with a professional Bluetooth APP and Windows-based torque statistics software, it supports online torque verification, real-time torque curve recording, and up to 100,000 sets of data storage. It can be used as a standard sleeve without changing operating conditions, and is compatible with BM, VM and EBM series wrenches. Optional WIFI module supports IoT connectivity to host systems and MES. It is widely used in production line workstation torque verification, assembly quality traceability, industrial on-site torque testing and precision assembly scenarios

Equipped with an LCD screen for real-time torque status display, it supports real-time torque curve recording and feedback tuning settings. It can store up to 100,000 sets of operation data locally, and supports USB log reading and computer data download, realizing full traceability of tightening process.
Wireless IoT Expansion & Multi-Platform Compatibility
It operates on low-power Bluetooth (BLE) IoT terminal software, and supports Android and Windows platforms. Optional Bluetooth module connects to mobile APP, and optional WIFI module realizes IoT connectivity with host computer system and MES management system, meeting the digital management needs of smart factories.
Strong Compatibility & Flexible Customization
It can be used in target mode in conjunction with BM series, VM series and EBM series torque wrenches. It supports customization of special sleeves including hexagonal and dodecagonal shapes to adapt to different bolt specifications and special working conditions.

Built-in rechargeable lithium battery eliminates the need for external power supply, making it suitable for mobile on-site detection and production line patrol verification.
