The EBM-SAP series is an intelligent handheld servo torque tightening machine with electronic precision control, available in the standard EBM-SAP version and the TC version with built-in torque sensors. Powered by 220V mains supply and driven by a high-performance servo system, it supports three core tightening control methods: torque method, angle method and torque-angle method. It delivers ±3% standard accuracy in the main range, and the TC version achieves up to ±2% accuracy with ±2% repeatability.
It supports multi-step tightening processes, over 10 sets of parameter presets and barcode scanning, and stores more than 50,000 operation records. Compatible with MODBUS protocol and optional MES/host system connectivity via multiple communication interfaces, it is ideal for high-end equipment manufacturing, aerospace, automotive production, wind power assembly, petrochemical engineering and precision valve/turntable applications with strict requirements for tightening quality and full process traceability

Adopting advanced servo drive technology, it realizes fully digital torque output and angle control, supporting multiple tightening strategies. The standard version delivers ±3% torque accuracy with ±2% repeatability, while the TC version with built-in torque sensor achieves up to ±2% accuracy, covering a wider torque range to meet different precision requirements.

The device stores more than 50,000 operation records locally, supporting data backup, integration and upload via USB. It is compatible with MODBUS protocol, and optional RS485/RS232/Ethernet, barcode scanners, NB mobile modules and MES/host system connectivity, enabling digital management and full traceability of tightening processes.

Equipped with a small-screen communication interface and menu-based parameter setting, it supports multi-level user management to standardize operation authority. Optional alarm column, data save/read/print functions and automatic decoupling reversal further improve operation efficiency and on-site management convenience.
Wide Torque Range & Strong Scene Adaptability
Powered by 220V mains supply, it works stably in both indoor and outdoor environments. The full series covers a torque range from 10 Nm to 15000 Nm, including a dedicated low-torque series below 300 Nm for precision assembly. Optional dual-axis synchronization function meets the demand for synchronous tightening operations.
