It identifies the currently selected socket model in real time. When connected to the fastening control system, the tool is only enabled when the socket matches the current process program. It physically eliminates problems such as inaccurate torque, thread stripping and workpiece damage caused by wrong socket or wrong specification selection, greatly improving the first-pass yield of assembly.
Multiple Specifications for Flexible Selection, Adapting to Diverse Production Line Layouts
Two slot capacities, 4-position and 8-position, are available for simple workstations with fewer socket specifications and complex workstations with more specifications. Three standard cable lengths (5m, 10m, 16m) are available for flexible selection according to the distance between the workstation and the control cabinet, meeting the deployment needs of production lines of different scales and layouts.
