Adopts electric hydraulic pump drive + hydraulic pulse technology, replacing the blade rotation drive method of traditional pneumatic wrenches, with stable operation, no impact and no vibration. Operators are not affected by reaction torque, greatly reducing labor intensity and avoiding occupational injuries caused by long-term work.Adjusts torque size through hydraulic flow, continues pulse action after reaching target torque but does not increase torque output, effectively avoiding overload or bolt damage.
Precise Torque Control System, Stable Tightening Quality：
Equipped with intelligent pulse control module, monitors torque output in real time, automatically cuts off power when reaching preset torque value, with torque accuracy up to ±15%, ensuring consistent tightening force for each bolt.Suitable for hard joint and medium soft joint conditions (stations with tightening angle less than 180°). It is recommended to use 2-4 stages for hard joints and 3-7 stages for medium soft joints, with about 6 bolts per minute for best tightening effect.Wireless Lithium-ion Design, Free from Space Restrictions：
